Atelier Statement: Each of our Qipaos is a bespoke masterpiece, meticulously crafted to your unique measurements and fabric selections. Due to the personalized nature of haute couture, we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-quality related issues. We are, however, committed to ensuring your perfect fit through our professional service.

I. Order Cancellations & Modifications 

·    The 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any charges.

·   Production Phase: Once the garment has entered the cutting phase (after 24 hours), cancellations or modifications to measurements, fabric, or style are no longer accepted.

II. Our Craftsmanship Commitment 

Our Pride in Precision: Every Qipao is handcrafted by master tailors with decades of expertise. With a heritage of artisanal skill and a rigorous multi-stage quality inspection, we take immense pride in our track record of near-zero dimensional error. We treat your measurements with the utmost reverence to ensure a perfect silhouette.
However, we understand the nuances of remote measurement. In the highly unlikely event of a fit issue, we stand firmly behind our work with the following solutions:

III. Sizing & Alteration Solutions 

If your garment requires adjustment, you may choose ONE of the following two options:

·   Option A: Local Alteration Credit (Speedy Solution) For minor adjustments, we recommend visiting a professional local tailor. We offer a one-time credit of up to $50 USD toward the alteration cost. (Requirement: A photo of the official receipt must be emailed to us.)

·   Option B: Atelier Precision Refit (Guaranteed Fit) If local adjustment is not feasible, you may send the garment back to our designated International Transshipment Point. Our master tailors will refine the fit to your exact requirements.

·   Our Commitment: We will bear all round-trip shipping costs and labor fees associated with this refit service.

Significant Sizing Error: If any key garment measurement differs from your submitted profile by more than 1 inch (2.5cm), we will provide a complimentary Free Remake or a negotiated full refund.

IV. Quality Issues & Defects

Every garment undergoes a rigorous 3-step quality inspection. In the rare event of a defect or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

1、Clear high-definition photos or videos of the defect (We recommend filming an unboxing video).

2、For sizing disputes, photos of the garment being measured flat with a professional tailoring tape.

·   Our Commitment: Upon verification of a manufacturing error, we will prioritize a Free Remake or a full refund.

V. Shipping & International Duties 

·   Shipping Destinations 🌍 We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to most major destinations.
If you don’t see your country at checkout, it may be due to local courier restrictions. In such cases, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to find a custom shipping solution for you!

·  Duty-Free Experience: We offer delivery to your designated forwarding warehouse. If you choose direct shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping fees as well as any applicable import duties and local taxes incurred during transit. No additional charges will be covered by us.

·   Inspection: Every garment undergoes a rigorous 3-step quality inspection before dispatch. We recommend filming an unboxing video to protect your rights.

VI. Disclaimer & Limitations

The following instances are inherent to bespoke tailoring and are not eligible for return or remake:

·   Monitor Variance: Minor color discrepancies due to studio lighting or individual screen calibrations.

·   Natural Textile Characteristics: Variations in texture, minor slubs, or slight ink irregularities inherent to natural silks.

·   Measurement Errors: Fit issues resulting from inaccurate data provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

·   Significant Weight Fluctuations: We are not responsible for fit issues caused by significant weight changes occurring between the time of measurement and delivery.

VII. How to Initiate a Claim
