The Bespoke Experience

Step 1: Design Consultation & Reservation

Connect with our lead designers via WhatsApp for a private, one-on-one consultation. We will guide you through selecting the perfect silhouette, fabric, and traditional motifs. Once your design is finalized and payment is processed, we will immediately reserve your chosen premium fabric from our inventory.

Step 2: Precision Measurement

To ensure a flawless fit, we will establish a Dedicated Service Group for you. You may choose between a live one-on-one video measurement session with our specialists or follow our guided measurement tutorial. We take into account your body proportions and wearing preferences to determine the ideal length and ease of your Qipao.

Step 3: Master Tailoring & Craftsmanship

Our master pattern makers will create a unique blueprint based on your measurements, posture photos, and video data. Each piece is individually hand-cut and tailored, ensuring that the traditional lines of the Qipao are perfectly sculpted to your unique frame.

Step 4: Quality Assurance & Global Delivery

The creation process typically takes 25 days. Following a rigorous dual-stage quality inspection, your Qipao will be shipped directly from our studio in China via international express. Your dedicated service group remains permanently active for any future styling advice or after-sales support.

In-Store Experience

While we serve clients globally online, we also invite you to visit our physical ateliers in China for an immersive Qipao experience.

- Changsha Atelier: Yun Wan Qian Qipao Bespoke, 150m from the East Gate entrance, Yuelu District, Changsha, Hunan Province.

- Beijing Atelier: Ceramic 1st Street, 798 Art District (near 798 Zhong Er Street), No. 4 Jiuxianqiao Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
