- The 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any charges.

- Production Phase: Once the garment has entered the cutting phase (after 24 hours), cancellations or modifications to measurements, fabric, or style are no longer accepted.

For customers over 160 cm in height and above 75 kg in weight, a 20%‑30% special‑size surcharge will be added to the total order amount.
