You may measure your dimensions yourself using our illustrated guide and submit the data for customization. Alternatively, by booking in advance, we offer one-on-one online fitting sessions, where our professional specialists will guide you through the remote measurement process.

- We provide free shipping to forwarding addresses within Mainland China. If direct shipping is required, customers will need to cover the shipping costs.
Delivery takes about 10 working days (subject to regional variations).
- The 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
- Production Phase: Once the garment has entered the cutting phase (after 24 hours), cancellations or modifications to measurements, fabric, or style are no longer accepted.
